This function allows you to use the adhesive electrode by connecting it directly to the motor.

Handling

  • Remove the plastic holder from the electrode.
  • Moisten it by spreading a drop of water on the adhesive gel with your fingertips and wait 2 minutes.

     

    Positioning the electrode

    • Position the electrode on your body (see positions given as a guide).
    • Attach the electrode to the motor using the press-studs, taking care to place the belt (see chapter II).

      Note: The electrode is intended for personal use. For reasons of hygiene, it should only be used by one person.

      Starting the program

      Turn on your device by following the "Turning on" procedure (Chapter III).
      The contractions should be firm but never painful.
      If you feel an unpleasant sensation at the electrode: reduce the power, move the electrode and gradually increase the power. Also check that the electrode is sufficiently moistened.
      Once the settings have been optimised, leave the appliance to work for the duration of the programme.

      End of program

      • When the programme is finished, switch off the appliance by pressing the " " button, then unhook the motor.
      • Carefully remove the electrode from your skin.
      • Moisten it slightly with a few drops of water and carefully place it back on its transparent plastic support.
      • Store the adhesive electrode in a cool plastic bag (in an insulated compartment of your refrigerator for example).
