• We provide a 24-month warranty on the products we distribute from the date of purchase.
  • The belt and the adhesive electrodes are intended for personal use. For reasons of hygiene, they cannot be returned or exchanged. The life span of the adhesive electrodes is estimated to be approximately 40 uses.
  • Never attempt to repair or modify your GlobalStim yourself or with an unauthorised repairer. The warranty will be void if repairs are made by unauthorized persons or if non-GlobalStim replacement parts are used.
  • Similarly, only use GlobalStim compatible accessories manufactured by the SPORT-ELEC® brand.
  • For the duration of the warranty, under normal conditions of use of the equipment (described in these instructions), we will repair manufacturing or material defects free of charge, reserving the right to decide whether certain parts should be repaired or exchanged or whether the equipment itself should be exchanged.
  • Damage caused by improper use (impact, etc.) is not covered by the warranty; normal wear and tear does not affect the functionality or value of the device.
  • The guarantee is only valid if the date of purchase and the shop's stamp and signature are shown on the guarantee coupon or on presentation of the receipt (see the "guarantee coupon" at the end of these operating instructions).
  • Any other form of warranty claim is excluded, unless legal provisions specify otherwise.
