FREE ACTION 2 MOTORS

The 2 motors of your Free Action are connected to the box by bluetooth for a training of constraints, with a range of 10 meters your sports activity is done in all freedom of movement!

The electrostimulation works thanks to a current of up to 90 ma which varies between the active phase and the recovery phase (for the Sport programmes), which causes your muscles to contract. The contractions of the active phase stimulate muscular activity and make your physical efforts more intense. While the contractions of the recovery phase, which are weaker and at frequencies designed for, will help your muscle to recover between each active phase. You get visible results on your body mass, and you notice visual changes on your silhouette.

The placement of the motors and electrodes is free, you can focus on an upper body or lower body session or a mix of both! The Sport-Elec Free Action will adapt to 11 muscle areas, varying the current of electrostimulation sent to optimise your session to the maximum and to solicit a particular muscle.

A combination of 94 sport and health programmes for 11 muscle areas are available, allowing you to find the programmes that best suit your needs.

You can program favourites through the intuitive touchscreen interface to start your electromusculation session quickly.

To relieve your heavy legs or aching muscles, but also to feel the benefits of a massage, several Health options are available to you. Sitting, standing, lying down, it's up to you!

To increase your muscle mass, consider using the Muscle Volume Recovery programme (for users who are just starting to gain mass) and the Muscle Strengthening programme (for those who are more used to it)

To improve your ability to sustain explosive efforts, the Explosive Strength and Muscular Resistance programs are for you. Looking to improve your muscular endurance? The Muscular Endurance and Muscular Maintenance programmes are ideal for this! Your sports session was very intense, you surpassed yourself but you want to minimize the aftershocks and soreness? The Muscle Tension and Recovery programmes are designed for this purpose, they will help you to relax your muscle so that recovery is less painful and restrictive for you.
